For me, the main considerations lies in the design of the online learning experience, the motivation of the learners, \u00c2\u00a0and the\u00c2\u00a0resources in place to support both teachers and\u00c2\u00a0learners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UBC has 25 instructional designers.
