I used to teach in this area, as well.\u00c2\u00a0 I continue to follow some of my &#8220;management gurus&#8221; (Tom Peters) , subscribe to management blogs, and look for examples of good management practice.\u00c2\u00a0 Another recent post via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.downes.ca\/cgi-bin\/page.cgi?post=61081\" target=\"_blank\">Stephen Downes <\/a>caught my attention because it&#8217;s about new ways of thinking about management innovation.
