Great infographic. It makes me a little sad though because “community management and curation” was so what we were doing until a couple of years ago. Unfortunately a change in direction took us back to emphasis on the ILT/workshop format. So “1980’s”, but nobody listening! Luckily I am out of that area and can get back to “community management and curation” in my own courses and professional life. Yay!
