  5. When something goes wrong.

1 and 2 = Acquisition of knowledge – Formal learning

3 to 5 = Maintenance and Application of knowledge – Performance Support

Tools for 3 to 5 (ie. Performance Support): Learning Assets? Podcasts, webinars, job aids, faqs, etc. These are tools BUT not strategies!
