What many folks don’t know about me is that my background training and experience was in management (been there, done that, got the t-shirt  – 20+ years ago!). I used to teach in this area, as well.  I continue to follow some of my “management gurus” (Tom Peters) , subscribe to management blogs, and look for examples of good management practice.  Another recent post via Stephen Downes caught my attention because it’s about new ways of thinking about management innovation.
